Replacement Policy

Eligibility:

If you receive an incorrect, faulty, broken, or damaged product, you are eligible for a free replacement.

Timeframe:

Replacement requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.

Process:

To request a replacement:

  1. Contact our customer support team with a video showing the issue within the eligible timeframe.
  2. Our team will assess the issue and provide guidance.
  3. If the product is deemed faulty, we offer two options:
    • Option A: Ship the product back to us for a replacement within 2 working days.
    • Option B: Schedule a replacement within 14 working days. Pack the product for courier pickup.

Please note: We do not offer replacements for "change of mind" situations.

Refund:

We do not offer refunds.
